Time To Switch

This is a pattern that I have used as a wrist control exercise for many years. It involves playing one bar's worth of hand-to-hand 16th notes, and switching the leading hand at the end by playing three 16th note triplets:

Now lose one beat's worth of 16th notes, making a 3/4 bar:

Now lose another beat:

And finally, you end with:

Play the first exercise four times, then move to the next one without stopping, and so on until the last one. And if you find the whole thing easy, then you're not doing it fast enough!
